Surgical steel, stainless steel, or Sterling Silver for a three week old tongue piercing?

the place where i got my tongue pierced gave me fake jewelry (made out of nickel) and i think i might be allergic and I need to change it ASAP... which one should i change to? Surgical steel, stainless steel, or sterling silver?
